If you’re going to an event at the local college it’s a perfect spot. Easy walk to and from. Very clean. The extras like fans, dog bowls and dog lead. Made our life easier.

Such an adorable home. The owners were so nice and welcoming. We love how close it is to Geneva. The neighborhood was great and we loved how close we were to so many amazing parks. This is a great and safe neighborhood. College Hill is a very conservative area just steps away from Geneva College, a Christian Liberal Arts School.

What makes this property unique

Campus Cove is simple, cute, clean, & very comfortable. The huge TV, WiFi, backyard fire pit and outdoor seating naturally create wonderful memories. Enjoy a quiet sitting out on the front porch too!
