I am Charles Josephat Baluze 51, married my wife is Renalda Baluze 50.My home Town is Ukerewe in Mwanza Region/Province and my wife home town is Moshi Kiimanjaro region/Province.Ukerewe is an island in lake Victoria the 2nd fresh water largest lake in the world.My wife as I said she comes from Kilimanjaro a place where the tallest mountain in Africa is found.
I am a father of 4, Judith 25,Josephat 22, Elizabeth 20, Johnpaul 14. I am an entrepreneur living in Dar es salaam Tanzania since 1992, but before I was employed as a banker.My wife is a primary school teacher in government schools.
I studied my O,level and High level studies in Tanzania.Then courses in Banking, and Entreprenuership.I was employed in the Banking sector since 1990 and resigned in 1996.I started Entrepeneuship in 1996 in the printing industry,and then changed in the financial services.My wife is still employed.Our children Judith works with the Bank, Josephat is studying Tax Management, Elizabeth is studying Tourism Mnagement, Johnpaul is still in lower secondary school studies.

The house/property is located very close to the J.K.Nyerere International Airport. From the airport to the house is only 1.5km.There is no worry of delaying a flight because of traffic unless you purposely decide to delay.It is a good place to stay after a long trip of your journey.
This property is within my compound.It is one among several properties in our compound. I have also my own living house there. If you enjoy meeting your hosts and local people then this is the right place.In case you are more than 4 which the property current does allow we do have extra room in our family house where we can accommodate also extra 4 people .We are a friendly family and we like to share experiences , discussion with our visitors, making friendship more ever local food (fish,variety of animal meat) can be arranged .Travel and tours can be arranged at reasonable prices.
