Perfectly situated within the private, gated community of WaterSound, this five-bedroom, 5.5-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

From the moment you arrive, the relaxed elegance of Water and Wine invites you to slow down and truly embrace vacation mode. Mornings are best spent sipping coffee on the outdoor patio while the neighborhood wakes around you. By midday, you can choose your own adventure cool off in your private pool, take a quick ride to one of the beautiful WaterSound community pools, or hop on the bikes for a breezy trip to the private beach access just minutes away..

Head up to the top level in the evening for a special treat of sweeping Gulf views that make sunset hour feel extra magical. Whether you're enjoying a quiet drink, taking family photos, or simply letting the ocean breeze wash over you, it's the perfect way to end the day.

HOUSE RULES
*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Private Heated Pool **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25/day. Must be heated for duration of stay. If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.
*Space must remain pet free!
*There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November)

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.

This home was accurately described and was a wonderful place for our family vacation. I would highly recommend it and would think that we will revisit. Our contact person throughout the stay was on top of everything and very communicative. It was probably one of the best supplied kitchens/homes we’ve had over the years- in this neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable. Property host was responsive to small problems we encountered. Kids loved the pool. View of ocean from crow’s nest beautiful. Proximity to other pool and beach was good. Missed the golf cart that comes with other rentals only when we wanted to go to puttering park. Overall very nice home.

Great House!

This house was great for eight of us (my husband & I, our two kids & four of their friends). The outdoor area was the bomb! The pool was perfect after several hours at the beach. The layout & decor were great. Location to the beach is important for us since we all went different directions daily. This house was perfect walking distance! Overall a great house & fabulous outdoor space!

Wonderful Watersound!

We have visited Watersound since 2008 and this stay did not disappoint. Though it has lost some of it’s private charms the experience was once again calm and invigorating! Beautiful sea and dunes plus captivating sunsets make wonderful family memories. The home is beautiful and well appointed. Alison was a great host before during and after.

Watersound Beach vacation

Great house with lots of room for a big family. We had 8 adults and 3 children. The beach is a short walk over wonderful sand dunes and an amazing beach. The community is gated and safe for children of all ages. The house came with bicycles which the adults all used. Alison the property manager was great. I highly recommend this property.

Love watersound and this house was lovely. For the price, it REALLY should have a golf cart and umbrella service included (like many other houses). There’s not even an option to rent a golf cart…and the walk is substantial.

OUTSTANDING HOUSE ON 30A!

Great house, clean, well appointed, excellent location, close proximity to beach, great service from Allison, the property manager, beautiful pool... Had an AC drain issue one day, Allison had service provider there within the hour, who corrected the issue. The house was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen, fully stocked with gear, excellent patio, grill. The best overall thing about this house that sets it apart from many on 30A is the community of Watersound. Much more relaxed and quiet than anywhere else on 30A. Far fewer people and less crowded than other communities. Great beach! Beautiful dunes. Great overall experience! 10 out of 10!

Week at Watersound

Home is very clean and well appointed. We have been to 30A ten times now and this house was maybe nicer than any beach house in which we have stayed - and we always stay in nice homes. Non-master bathrooms all a little small but backyard pool/kitchen is top-top, top of line appliances in kitchen, new TVs, plaster walls, spices and good serveware in home, etc. Bottom line is very nice home. Our first trip to Watersound. Gated and very clean/quiet/safe. Beach access is wonderful - and house is very easy walk to beach. Great fitness facility (for a charge). Only complaint is community pool and quality of walkable amenities . The community pool was very hot (like bath hot) and no food/bev service at pool as dunesider grill was closed all week. Guests do not get access to the beach club. The Big Chill is an easy bike ride for adults and older kids and has a number of options for food/bev but we did not like it near as much as the town center in Seaside and it was not as convenient for us w young kids and large group. At the end of the day we would undoubtedly stay here again and felt like beach access and quality of house outweighed the lack of community pool service and amenities near Watercolor. We left Watercolor (where we always stay) because of the crowds and really enjoyed the quiet of Watersound (think very nice residential area w tip-top beach access and small crowd vs the hubbub of Watercolor/Seaside). Lastly - shoutout to manager Alison. She was extremely responsive and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great trip. She was very helpful.
