Couldn’t get the arcade to work , the air hockey turns on but doesn’t really work , and the upstairs shower floor could’ve been better

Thank you for your feedback. If you had reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to help get the arcade working, as there's a power switch behind the machine that simply needs to be turned on. The air hockey was also working properly. We appreciate your feedback and will review the upstairs shower floor with our team. We'd love to welcome you back, and if you or any future guests ever have any questions during your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're always happy to help.
