The neighborhood is located in South Eugene hills where you see more deer and turkeys than traffic. Relax indoors watching the fireplace or stroll through the garden paths.
First Floor: living, dining, kitchen, bedroom #1 (double bed) , & bathroom with tub/shower, toilet.

Our home is elegant and creatively furnished and designed. Comfort meets quality in our choices. People feel the good energy of our surroundings and our family while in our house and we want to share that with others!

What makes this property unique

Quiet yet close to central Eugene. Surrounded by trees and 1/2 acre of gardens in the backyard. Close to running trails and forests but just a 5 minute drive to restaurants, groceries and amenities.
