Ein super Gastgeber, geräumige Wohnung!

Vladimir war ein super Gastgeber! Einzig die Sauberkeit in Haus & Wohnung (viele Spinnweben) war nicht perfekt, haben diese dann selbst mit einem Staubsauger entfernt, ansonsten war alles perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung & die Abwicklung vom Check-In. Wir würden wieder bei Vladimir buchen!

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis- great value for money

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden direkt wieder in dieses Appartment fahren! Es gibt zwei Balkone, wo wir gemütliche Abende verbracht haben. Direkt auf dem Grundstück hat man seinen eigenen Parkplatz für das Auto sicher. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, dennoch kann man fußläufig alle Highlights von Ohrid erreichen. Nach wenigen Meters erreicht man einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, der alles nötige anbietet mit seeehhhrr netten Verkäufern. Am Ende der Straße findet sich ein Supermarkt. Für zwei Personen hat das Appartment eine komfortable Größe. Die Ausstattung ist modern und gut erhalten. Die einzigen Minuspunkte sind: -Bad nur über das öffentliche Treppenhaus zu erreichen -Sauberkeit der Duschkabine ausbaufähig -Ausstattung der Küche eher im Junggesellenstandart- nur ein kleiner Topf zu Verfügung - das Bett ist eine ausgeklappte Schlafcouch mit einer recht harten und einer recht weichen Seite Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut!!!! We were very satisfied and would book this apartment again! There are two balconies, where we spent cozy evenings. Directly on the property you have your own parking-place for the car. The apartment is in a quiet location and within walking distance you can reach all the highlights of Ohrid. After a few meters you reach a small store, which offers everything necessary. The sellers there are veerrryyyy nice and helpful. At the end of the street there is a supermarket. For two people the apartment has a comfortable size. The equipment is modern and well preserved. The only negative points are: - Bath only accessible via the public stairwell - Cleanliness of the shower cabin expandable - Equipment of the kitchen in the bachelor standard- f.e. only a small pot available - The bed is a fold-out sofa with a fairly hard and a fairly soft side Overall, we liked it very much and the value for money is very good !!!!

Why they chose this property

This apartment if part of our family house that we bought back in the late 1990s. It is a very large 4 stories house so part of it is available for renting for tourists and all kinds of good willed travelers.

What makes this property unique

A great garden. Mountain view from top floor. Quiet Neighborhood. Central living location everything in ohrid is 15 min walking no need to use a car or any other type of transportation.
