About this property
Private and charming 2-bedroom house with spacious yard and firepit.
The Hemlock House is located 15 minutes south of the Historic District where you can relax in this peaceful, stylish and private space. The 2 bedroom, 1 bath home has an old cabin feel in half of it (built in the 1940's), plus a modern addition (built in in 2015) that includes a dining nook, coffee bar and large sunroom. This spacious room has a lounge area and standup desk if you need an office space. Off the sunroom, you'll find access to a spacious backyard that includes a charming swing that hangs from the Live Oak tree and a fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. To note- there is a small guest house in the back that can sometimes be rented out to other guests. Also to note, there is a primary bedroom suite in the main house that will not be accessible to guests.

I work as a television producer and recently moved to Savannah from LA to work remotely. I love to travel and explore...a fan of finding local, interesting spots and good food.
I've always loved the islands off the Georgia coast and it's nice to have a home closeby to explore them. As I travel often, I enjoy the opportunity to share my home with visitors looking to enjoy the charms and enchantment of the low country...
