About this property

Beach house in Caraguá

Great home for season. Holds up to 20 people, all in beds as it has 5 bedrooms. Newly renovated townhouse with pool with children's porch, wet bar and colorful LED lighting, brick barbecue, outdoor bathroom in the pool area, fully renovated glass-enclosed bathrooms, horizontal freezer, pool table, among other improvements and acquisitions. Some photos are not updated as the house is in the final stages of renovation (October 2019). However, for bookings from November 2019 the house will be fully ready. Be one of the first to enjoy the new structure of the house! Great location, next to two large supermarkets ("Shibatão" and Silva), very close to shops such as bakery, pizzeria and restaurants. About 2 km from the beach (indaiá beach) and 3 km from the center. Very close to the bus station too.
