The apartment, situated on the first floor of a distinguished 1930’s building of Viale Giulio Cesare, in the heart of the elegant Prati neighbourhood, offers all comforts for a carefree Roman holiday.
The majestic Basilica of St Peter, that is literally a short walk from the front door of the building, will be the perfect starting point for any tour among the wonders of the eternal city, whether the guest decides to go on foot or by bus, or if he/she decides to use the handy underground (metropolitana) with its “Ottaviano - San Pietro” station just 100 meters.
The apartment can host up to 8 people. All bedrooms have a fridge, a LCD 20’ television, a digital decoder, a ceiling fan and air conditioning.

Wonderful vacation stay

The apartment was exactly as described. Easy access to trains and a central location made it very easy to get around by either foot or train. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, overall a very pleasant place to stay for a vacation in Rome.

Ok, but aging fast

Location was great and meeting and getting keys was fine. The place is weathered and things did not work. Shower in one bath barely allowed water to come through clogs pours in shower head. Other areas of the house were also not very clean. Lastly, we were expecting sheets to be included on all beds (4 in total) and only three had them. When we realized this we contacted the owner who took care of it but could not come until the next day. Problem was we were only there for two days, so we improvised and used blankets. She did come the next day as promised but it wasn't what we were expecting. We were six people and we believe she assumed we were all couples and didn't require the fourth bed. The photos showed four beds and that is why we chose this apartment. Overall view of the place was a resounding....ehh

the location is perfect, the apartment a bit noisy (at night). But you get used to it. It looks bigger in the photos on the internet, but it's spacious enough. The chairs in the kitchen are uncomfortable. There is a lack of wine glasses u. smaller pots. The bathrooms are not really appealing, partly moldy. In the kitchen, the drip tray is moldy for the dishes.

Great location - great place

Paola who greeted us really took time to talk us through everything, and to tell us about Rome and how best to get around and see things. The location was very very close to Rome's metro and a few minutes walk to the Vatican Museum entrance. Comfortable, plenty of bathrooms, nice kitchen, and in a neighborhood that feels very safe. If we get the opportunity to return, we will try to stay here. Thank you for a great stay.

El alojamiento está al lado del Vaticano y muy bien comunicado, con el metro al lado. El apartamento está muy bien, tres habitaciones con baño cada una de ellas. Contaba también con aire acondicionado (un poco ruidoso) pero que fue fundamental debido ak calor que ha hecho en Roma(35 grados todos los días). Recomiendo este alojamiento.

The property was perfect for 3 couples. We each had our privacy and private bathroom. It was a beautiful tree lined street and metro was a 1/2 block away. The owner was prompt and answered all our questions. It felt safe and comfortable. Can't wait to go back again!

My family & I had a great time at this apartment. We flew into Rome, and Paola helped us arrange a driver to pick us up at the airport & take us directly to the apartment (a huge help to our jet lagged crew!). We were originally just going to drop off our luggage & wait until the official check-in time, but upon our arrival, we found out the previous guests had left early enough in the morning that Paola was able to get everything cleaned up & ready for us to check in right away! The location is great: very close to a Metro station (Ottaviana), and an easy walk to the Vatican. There are also plenty of restaurants and a market nearby. We enjoyed our stay & would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you are interested in visiting the Vatican!

Lovely and Centrally Located

Our family of three generations - Grandmother (me), daughter and son in law, and two adult grandchildren fully enjoyed our time spent in this lovely, well appointed apartment. Rome is at your door - the Vatican within walking distance, and the Metro only a block away. Some restaurants close by and some shopping a few blocks away. Better restaurants and shopping in central Rome.

Valerio met us exactly on time and gave us a detailed overview of the apartment. The bedrooms are very spacious with attached private bathrooms -- very clean and modern. Although there is living room, we found meeting at the kitchen table very accommodating for socializing in the evening. The first floor is one level up from the ground floor, so an easy walk up the stairs or take the modern, albeit small, elevator. The transfer service we used was Rome-Chauffeur, and they found the apartment perfectly for our airport transfers. I would definitely return to this wonderful apartment!

We stay for for 4 nights. Very convenient locations, closed to the metro station and to Vatican, many stores and food markets around. The place was clean and comfy. This apartment was in a great location for exploring Rome. Our host was very accommodating as we came in late at night. It was clean and had plenty of sleeping space. We were 8 people (5 adults and 3 kids from 2-12) and there was no living space, but you are mostly out visiting the city anyways. We had a great stay in Rome.

Lovely clean apartment which felt very well looked after and safe. Owners excellent about keeping in touch prior to arrival and a very welcome greeting on arrival where she talked us through the local amenities, easy walks into the centre and even restaurant tips. Good Wifi connection and about a one minute walk to the metro. We didn't use the kitchen for anything other than coffee but I can imagine it could be a bit small for proper self-catering, but ideal for a base for breakfast and coffee.
