Soak up some sun or gaze at the stars at night with no light pollution. Fay Brook runs through the fields across the road that will surely cool you off on a hot Summer day. This is a rural Vermont property in a small town- population 1800- with easy access to I-89-exit 2 and within 20 miles of 4 good hospitals. The apt is in the owners house- a renovated 1840 Cape on 60 acres with fields and woods and boasts a beautiful 1 acre swimming pond. Most recent dip was New Years Eve and lasted about 30 seconds. It is now iced over so swimming is a little more challenging today. But Summer is coming! Great country setting with lots of trails for hiking, ATVs, 4WD + snowmobiles.
