The space
The apartment is chic and spacious with minimalistic decoration and abstract paintings that make you feel a familiar sense like you are home. The living room has a huge sofa where you can relax and enjoy the 58inches T.V. watching Netflix. From the other side is an open plan modern kitchen with induction cooking area, Nespesso machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, hot water boiler and all the amenities you need to cook properly a meal! The dinning area is modern with leather stuls. There are two private balconies equipped with sofa, chairs and tables. The one overlooks spectacular the old harbour and Venetian castle with terrific sea view and the other to our private garden with Palm trees and flowers. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with silent inverter eco friendly air-conditioning and 43inches tv's with Netflix.Mattresses are thick and very quality with eco friendly aloe vera materials offering you a deep sleep. Windows are new technology aluminium framing with triplex glasses that are minimising at the maximum outside noises and temperature to come inside the house. The bathroom is with black details and modern marbling with all necessary amenities! Hot water 24 hours/day.Fast wifi internet for your convenience! Outside the apartment there is a free parking area where you can easily find parking and is safe as the area has no criminality.
Meticulous and efficient cleaning has always been on our minds for our visitors. But today it is even more critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of SarsCov-2 infection. To re ensure the hygiene and disinfection of the property, we list below some of the actions that take place in the apartment between the departures and the arrivals of our customers in order to keep in high standards a clean and healthy environment so as to make you feel safe and comfortable in all areas of the house.
1. All rooms are ventilated for at least three hours of cleaning.
2.First we clean with soap detergents and water to remove dirt and after we disinfect with Special antibacterial cleaners in combination with bleach and alcohol 70% min.to properly kill germs on all surfaces and counters as also in individual sanitary areas such as toilet- bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen.
3. We Wash all linens at the highest heat setting recommended by the manufacturer.
That includes bed sheets, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels, and blankets.
4. We carefully remove any visible dirt or grime from sofas, carpets, curtains and other soft porous surfaces and then use the appropriate cleaner for the material. If possible, machine-wash items according to the manufacturer’s instructions
5. The vacuum cleaner bag is emptied after each cleaning.
Our ultimate goal is to offer you a completely hygiene environment that will make your stay, safe and enjoyable.
Guest access
The address changed last year so it can be also found except ''Odysseos Porou 4'' as ''Lilis Zografou 28'' also.Guests have fully access to any place at the property such as garden. The parking is free and can easily be found outside the house as area is safe with no criminality at night.
