One of the best lots In Ocean Lakes with spacious outdoor living space on Magnolia Lake. Newly updated private home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Oversized decks over the lake with fantastic views of the ocean. The perfect location for enjoying sunrises and sunsets.

Downstairs bedroom features a King sized bed and full bath adjoined to the living space. Upstairs there is a spacious Master suite with large walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 features a Queen bed and Twin daybed with Twin trundle. Bedroom #4 has two Full sized beds. Each bedroom has deck access.

Beach access and basketball courts are a short 5 minute walk.

NO GOLF CART IS AVAILABLE OR PROVIDED.

I have stayed at Ocean Lakes for over 25 years. This home is nestled in a quiet convenient corner of the campground. Just walking distance to the ocean, splash pad, and recreation center. The house felt like home with all the perks. The property was super clean and welcoming. The property manager Shari, was just one call away. Thank you for a perfect long weekend!

The outdoor area for this home slowed the children ages 4 to 13 have plenty of slave on all decks for playing and for adults to sit and talk. Even fishing from the deck into the pond...life was so good. Good location in the Ocezn Lakes area. And a view of the ocean. Close to pools and water park and recreation building. Great spot.

Awesome Vacation House

We had a great time! House exceeded our expectations. On the lake with an ocean view. Furnishings were updated and beds were comfortable. The decks and deck furniture is outstanding. Owner was quick to respond to anything we asked. Overall- great place to stay and we plan to return.

We loved the home especially the outdoor spaces and bathrooms. There was a door to the upper deck from all 3 bedrooms upstairs. The bathrooms were up to date and clean. The home was on a quiet dead end street. You could see the ocean from the upper levels and you could watch the ducks, swans and turtles in the lake. There were a lot of steps to the property so it may be harder for individuals with mobility issues. We would definitely stay here again.

End of dinner vacation

Booked through vrbo and was quick and easy process. Communication with owner was great. Was suppose to get parking passes in mail or email but when we got there, ocean lakes personnel said they just changed policy and charged $12 per car per day for parking. We had 3 vehicles so that would have been nice to know up front. Other than that, the house was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay. Weather did not cooperate too good but we still had a blast. Look forward to coming back again

Deck Sea Land Delight is a perfect location

Deck Sea Land Delight lives up to its name. Being right on Magnolia Lake and having the ocean view on the horizon is just amazing. Views from two huge decks with high quality furniture. Property is in walking distance to water park/arcade/recreation. Stylish interior with comfortable beds and furniture. Only detail I would add is that elderly or physically disabled individuals might find it challenging to climb the steps to the house. Otherwise it is perfect and we will be back again.

Covid ESCAPE!!!!

What a wonderful respite for the entire family (rented two beach houses in OL) to get away from lock down orders and enjoy the private beachfront in peace. The “Deck, Sea, Land Delight” was exactly what we needed. Beautiful home. Vibrant colors. Massive decks situated right on on the lake (shade or sun) to fish, coffee in the morning, or gather in the evenings. And located at the end of the street (soooo no cars rolling by). A huge plus for me was the parking at the house. It easily accommodated two SUVs, an 8 foot golf cart trailer, a Tacoma long bed, a small sedan, with separate space for all of the golf carts!! (No need to drop the trailers in overflow parking) We’ve visited OL for over ten years and my youngest finally got to take the carts out on her own with her friends. I was so happy that the nightly “mile-long beachfront golf cart cruising” was still allowed. My teen and her friends had a blast cruising and meeting new friends. It is so nice to be able to let the kids roam on the golf carts on their own, without worry. Truly, this is a great place for family memories, fireworks at night, lazing at the beach, meeting folks from all over, And marveling at the custom “camper-houses” and every kind of modified “golf cart/lights and audio systems” that you can think of. Thank you to Shari and the homeowners for a much needed break from “virus living”. Perry

Wonderful place! We hope to be back again

I am not new to Oceanlakes. I have rented a different house for the past 7 years. This home is very clean. Situated on a prime location. The owners were wonderful to work with and responded very quickly. We had no issues at all. The air was cold and the house was roomy and beautiful. The sunrises in the morning were awesome and the shade in the evening on the deck was very peaceful. Being right on the lake was fabulous. We had a wonderful vacation here.

The house is large and inviting, with 2 large decks and plenty of furniture. Be advised that you must arrange for linens and towels ahead of time. Also, the property is set back from the road and there is very tight control over who gets on the propery. Uber/lyft not allowed.

Awesome location

This was our 8th year in MB and our 3rd year needing a house this size. We have never booked the same house until this one. We are booked for next year already because we loved this house. It worked perfect for our group and the decks were so enjoyable. We had a small air conditioning problem and Shari had it handled right away so we were never uncomfortable or inconvenienced. My family has stayed at Ocean Lakes several times and this was our first time renting a house that overlooks one of their beautiful lakes! We enjoyed relaxing outside on the decks, watching the swans and their babies while being close enough to have a great view of the ocean at the same time. This house has amazing views, it was clean, comfortable, very spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed! The owner was wonderful to work with, she was always prompt to reply when we had a question. At first, we had trouble getting one of the TV's in the bedroom to turn on, but eventually realized that the remotes had accidentally got switched around from one of the other rooms before we got there! So, everything worked great! No issues at all with anything! We traveled almost 9 hours to our vacation destination so it was wonderful to have this beautiful, immaculate home waiting for us to enjoy! I highly recommend this home! You will not be disappointed!
