We had an amazing stay at the house with the yellow door! The attention to detail was truly impressive — everything you could possibly need was thoughtfully provided. Loved the house. It was stocked with everyhting you could have needed in the kitchen and throughout the owners seemed to have put much thought into it all. Even had a small supply of things you may have forgotten which came in handy and reduced a trip to the store. Overall great space for a multi family weekend gathering.

Our stay at the Yellow Door House was fabulous! We had 9 adults in town for a wedding and there was plenty of space for all. We enjoyed all the comfy touches, the hot tub and the fireplace. The home was very clean, the linens in the beds were wonderful, the kitchen had everything we needed. Anna even left us a bottle of champaign and some chocolates to celebrate our wedding! We made some really magical memories and will definitely return, the only place we want to stay when in town!

This home is absolutely incredible! The hosts have thought of every detail to ensure a perfect stay. The home is cozy, yet offers ample space if you have a larger group. Bedrooms are each well appointed, plenty of bathroom space, and multiple gathering areas for the group and quiet nooks for downtime. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. It was perfection!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairview House in Caldwell! The location is fantastic—overlooking the golf course with an unexpectedly beautiful view. We especially enjoyed having coffee on the patio in the mornings. The house itself is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds are so comfortable. It feels private, quiet, and relaxing, yet it’s close to everything in town. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

I am an Idaho native but have spent time living in Alaska and British Columbia as well. I have fallen in love with traveling around the world with my husband, Tony, and our "travel buddy" friends. I also own a local restaurant, The Orchard House, in the Sunnylsope wine country of Idaho. We have always been tempted to buy a 2nd home for a short term rental because they are our favorite places to stay when we travel. This opportunity popped up and we immediately jumped into this new adventure. We look forward to hosting you at the Fairview home!

Steps from the Golf Course, a few blocks from Indian Creek Plaza, a few more blocks to College of Idaho, the Canyon County Fair Grounds and the Caldwell Night Rodeo which is acclaimed as one of the nation's Top 20 Professional Rodeos. Located a few miles from the Sunnyslope Wine Trail where there are over 20 vineyards and wineries.

Thanksgiving through Christmas is Winter Wonderland in downtown Caldwell when over one million Christmas lights cover trees, buildings, and bridges all over town, painting the city in a mesmerizing glow. Children, families and couples can skate on the ice ribbon in the center of the plaza and warm up by the fire pits. It's truly reminiscent of a Hallmark movie.
