The Space:
Our spacious and comfortable 16 m² room in a three-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to relax after a day full of excitement in Warsaw. The room features two single beds that you can easily push together to form one large bed, allowing you to adjust the layout to your needs. You’ll also find a desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for working or reading. Additionally, there is a wardrobe and a clothes hanger, providing convenient storage. A window overlooking the city lets in plenty of daylight, while a bedside lamp ensures pleasant lighting in the evening.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchen accessories: stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, as well as a complete set of plates, cutlery, pots, wine glasses, and mugs. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available to start your day right. The apartment has a shared bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. We also provide each guest with fresh towels (both large and small) and bed linens, so you can feel right at home.

The Neighborhood:

Thank you for choosing our ROOM for your stay in Warsaw!
The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
