The Space:
Our 10-square-meter room, part of a three-bedroom apartment, has been designed with your comfort and privacy in mind. The room includes two beds measuring 90x200 cm, which can be joined, a 100 cm desk, and a 150-liter wardrobe – perfect for clothing storage. The room is lockable, ensuring full privacy. Guests have access to a shared kitchen, equipped with a 1200 W stovetop, a 25-liter microwave, a 2200 W kettle, and a fridge with a 250-liter freezer. The kitchen also includes dishes, cutlery, pots, and glasses. In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower, ironing board, 1800 W hairdryer, and iron. We provide bed linens and towels with a density of 500 g/m². High-speed Wi-Fi (200 Mb/s) ensures seamless internet access. Ideal for those who value functionality and comfort.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
