Welcome to our cozy 10 m² room, perfect for solo travelers or couples. The room is part of a spacious three-bedroom apartment, with each room featuring a personal lock, guaranteeing full privacy. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable single beds that can be combined into one large bed – sleep arrangements are entirely up to you. The window allows plenty of natural light, and the desk with a chair is perfect for working or relaxing with a good book. Additionally, the room is equipped with a practical wardrobe, hanging space, a reading lamp, and a phone charging station, so you have everything within reach.
Guests have access to a shared kitchen, fully equipped for meal preparation, with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer, plates, pots, cutlery, cups, wine glasses, and drinking glasses. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, making the kitchen a great place to relax in the morning before starting your day.

The apartment, where the room is located, is accessed via a code entered on the door handle. However, please remember that there is also an additional intercom code required to open the building entrance.
The room is unlocked with a key, which you will find in a small safe (masterlock) mounted near the room door. The masterlock works like a suitcase lock, and we will send you the code and detailed instructions (including a video) in a message before your arrival.
We kindly ask you to inform us about your expected arrival time. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Please note that you are booking a room in an apartment, not a hotel.
Before arrival: Please make sure you have received the email with the instructions and the apartment address, which will allow you to enter smoothly without disturbing the neighbors.
We do not have a reception, and the person in the lobby is not our employee, so they will not be able to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
