Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes used. Unit does not have dishwasher.
Please do not eat in bedrooms.
Only use digital lock to unlock and lock door. If key is needed there will be a $30 delivery fee required.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED! NO MORE THAN 15 PEOPLE IN UNIT AT ONE TIME. IF PARTY IS GIVEN YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. WITH NO REFUND
If any damage is done to property guests are responsible for compensation of damages. $500 fee applies if evidence of smoking in unit is found.
Early checkin and late checkouts are available upon requests for a fee of $50 if host is able to accommodate.

Host was quick to respond to the concerns that we mentioned upon our arrival so we were grateful for that. Thankfully our family does not have small children or elderly because the steep staircases to the living area and bedrooms would have been too dangerous for them to navigate. The rooms and bedding were adequate. The bathroom was tiny with a very narrow pathway between door and sink, but was adequately supplied with necessities. The refrigerator fan made such a horrible noise that we had to unplug it. Parking in the driveway was shared with tenants in adjacent apartment. Locking and unlocking of main door worked perfectly and provided reasonable security.
