A kidney bean-shaped clubhouse complements an organically formed lustrous landscape that capitalizes on the uniqueness of an artificial beach. This in turn asserts a sense of identity and legibility to the different character areas within the 6-hectare site.

-25,000.00 monthly including water usage, Wifi, cable and landline fee and all amenities (Except electricity) our electricity is loadable and can purchase in the bldg.
-2 months deposit 1-month advance. for 6 months contract and 1-year contract
-For 3 months contract paid advance in full.
