Overall a really nice house. Host didn’t tell us garage and hot tub didn’t work until a couple days before stay. Vrbo messages wasn’t working and communication with the host was horrible and they said they were unable to verify my identity even after giving them my phone number and confirmation code for check-in.

The property was really nice and comfortable. Lovely in terms of decoration. Easy to get in and house with the door lock system, so didn’t need to keep track of a key. Air conditioner worked really well which was nice for my family. The fridge water/ice didn’t work but we just bought what we needed. Overall very limited complaints or problems. Would recommend without hesitation.

This is a beautiful property in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The essentials and amenities provided were adequate and met our needs. We were restricted from using the pool due to the size of our party. We were 8 adults (3 sisters and their husbands, plus two adult children.) Although this property is listed as sleeps 10, there are not beds to sleep 10 people comfortably. It also indicated that there are three queen beds and a double sofa bed. That is not accurate. The master suite has a queen, but the other two bedrooms only have 54 x 75 inch mattresses (double) which really is meant to sleep one adult comfortably. This should be listed as sleeps 5 adults comfortably. We were always planning on having 3 couples staying at this property, but additional family members were able to attend at the last minute. We did not think this would be an issue since it indicated that the property sleeps 10. We had actually inquired in May regarding sleeping arrangements, but did not adjust the number in our party. My family was all here to celebrate our fathers 95th birthday and my husbands 75th birthday and retirement. We were thankful for the last minute adjustment by our host after paying an additional head count fee. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and in close proximity to my home for our family gatherings during the days. Eight people slept at this property for the entire duration of our stay. Thanks again!
