The scene on the bay side of LBI is peaceful and picturesque — think glowing sunsets over calm waters, gentle bay breezes, and the sound of seabirds in the distance. It's the kind of place where neighbors wave from their docks and kids catch crabs off the bulkhead.
Why they chose this property
One of the things I enjoy most about the neighborhood is the relaxed, close-knit community vibe. It's quieter than the ocean side, yet just a short drive or bike ride away from the beach, shops, and restaurants.
