Mediterranean-style villa with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors overlooking a private pool, Spanish tile accents, plush interiors, and tropical gardens in Miami. Minutes from Aventura Mall, Brightline Station, sunny isles, and the Hard Rock Stadium. A perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and prime location.

Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
Door codes will be provided on the day of check-in. On-site parking available.

Other Things to Note:

Please advise us of any allergies or special requests prior to arrival. Both feather and foam pillows are provided.

The booking guest must be present during the stay. No third-party bookings without prior written approval.

If you have been sick, symptomatic, or exposed to someone ill within the last 14 days, please refrain from booking.

Per City of Miami regulations, noise or music audible outside is prohibited between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

House Rules

Good location if you want easy access to Route 95. The house is older and shows signs of wear but was clean, had a good layout and met all our needs. The host is very responsive.
