It was a lovely stay, close to work and town centre. Easy access and very friendly host. It should be noted that it is a shared abode. You have your own room and the bathroom, lounge and outdoor area are shared with the occupants in the 2nd bedroom. As I was travelling on my own I enjoyed the company of a delightful man with his dog, but it's not for everyone. There is no kitchen to speak of, an outdoor area that has kettle, microwave and fridge, no freezer - and a built in bbq, and this is outside on the deck. It was perfect for my one nights accomodation but if I was staying longer I would love to see a kitchenette in the lounge area so you could cook. It is certainly large enough to accommodate that possibility. Overall if staying for one night I would be happy to book it again. Thanks Michelle.

The room was very nicely presented, and the late checkout was appreciated. The bathroom was also very nice but shared, and it opens into the shared lounge room.The advert on Stayz says "bed and breakfast" but there was no sign of breakfast and a message to the host on this was unanswered. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room; tea/coffee was in the shared lounge room but no kettle; the kettle was in a cupboard in the outdoor kitchen but no milk in the fridge, no bread for the toaster...Privacy wasn't great with the shared toilet, bathroom and lounge but that was expected. What wasn't expected was the see-thru curtains for the French doors that opened onto the shared deck. The price was a bit high for this level of privacy.
