This Mountain View Retreat is a brand-new build. It is a great space with a custom home touch and an amazing view. The proximity to the world renown Mount lemmon cycling trail, makes it a popular destination for cycling,hiking and mountain biking. Located at the base of Mount Lemmon, the adventures are unlimited. Whether you are looking to cool down in the summer, go skiing in the winter or just want to spend time outdoors, Mount Lemmon is only a quick 20-minute drive. Northeast Tucson is known for its quiet neighborhoods, excellent schools, and tons of hiking and biking trails.

Booked 5 days back in December. Arrived on day of check-in and did not have access to get in. Contacted property manager multiple times, no response. Contacted VRBO, on hold for 20 minutes, talked to someone for 10 minutes, back on hold for another 40 minutes. All in all I tried to resolve for 2 hours standing in the driveway. By this time it was 9:30pm. VRBO called me back to tell me they cancelled my reservation because they could not get in touch with the property manager.I heard back from property manager, the response was, "...was at band practice with a dead cell phone" followed up with "What a bummer deal sorry about that". They did offer 50% discount on a future stay. No thank you.

We actually tried to contact the same night that she tried to get in with no. Response and offered her to check-in the following morning, with a 50% discount. We were sorry for her.And neither one of us were able to access our phones and we did not realize the entry code was not on the instructions for the v.R b o website, it has been corrected. F y I we have all five star reviews on airbnb. Sometimes things come up. We had a family emergency that night. And we are very sorry that this happened. We did try to correct it immediately offered the next day. A 50% stay with no response.
