Whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, enjoying a night around the fire pit, or having fun in the game room—equipped with shuffleboard, foosball, Connect 4, Jenga, and plenty of board games—there’s something for everyone to enjoy. When you're ready to explore, you're just a short drive away from local wineries, shops, restaurants, Bristol Mountain, Hunt Hollow, Grimes Glen, and Canandaigua Lake.

The Space
The master suite is a true retreat with a plush king-sized bed, a soaking tub, and a luxurious walk-in shower. The open-concept living room features cathedral ceilings with natural wood beams, a gas fireplace, and a 65” smart TV—perfect for cozy nights in. The kitchen is beautifully updated with granite countertops, a large farmhouse-style sink, and all the essentials to make cooking a breeze.

Step outside onto the large wraparound porch, where you'll find a 5-person hot tub and an outdoor dining table that seats 6. For even more space to unwind, head down to the lower level, which features a spacious game room and a separate bedroom with its own private bath. In the evening, gather around one of the two outdoor fire pits to stargaze, relax, and make lasting memories.
