Family Reunion

Our family of 7 elderly members completely enjoyed our stay at this property. We were very pleased with the layout of the house and greatly impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The owners responded quickly to all questions we had. We highly recommend this rental.

Incredible family home - perfect for family gatherings

I needed a home that could comfortably accommodate 5 adults (including one couple) with enough space and privacy — this 4-bedroom house was perfect! It's centrally located, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with huge open spaces and tasteful decor. There are 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, plus an impressive amount of comfortable seating: a living room for 5, a den for 7, and a patio that easily seats 10. Dining space includes 6 at the kitchen table, 4 at the counter, and 6 more in the formal dining room — ideal for relaxed family time.The kitchen is massive, with the longest bar I’ve ever seen, and it's fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook — pots, pans, utensils, and more (just bring your own food and condiments). There are also two dedicated desk areas for remote work, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a luxurious master suite with a jetted garden tub. The long driveway easily fits 4 cars, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. I’d absolutely stay here again!

This house is gorgeous! It was a slight shock coming in around 10PM and finding a pregnant bear in the yard, but exciting at the same time. The homeowner and her uncle ( who lives across the street) are absolutely pleasant and very accommodating! We hope to rent from you again!

The house was good, everything was as expected. My only complaint is the entry/exit process. The door lock has a code that we weren’t given until the time we arrived at the house. We had already had a long day of traveling and were only frustrated when our instructions to press the doorbell and have the host give us the code. While waiting for about 20 minutes we tried calling and texting both phone numbers but got no response. Our frustration was only exacerbated the night before checkout when we got back after 10pm and our door entry code did not work. This time the wait was a little less but I got the same excuse of “we were driving and just pulled over to respond”. Other than that the house was great! Beds were very comfortable, there was a ton of space, kitchen was well-equipped, temperature controls were accurate, towels were soft, everything was clean. We didn’t realize the 23 miles to Disney would actually take 40-45 minutes, but that was on us. Would stay here again despite that. Thank you!

Great location. We were there to go t o Lake Apopka Wildlife Drive and it was easy to get there. Convenient to stores and restaurants. The home was very comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything you might need. Loved the back porch

Spacious and multiple comfortable family room / kitchen sitting areas. Everything you need is there. Especially pleased with the promptness and patience of our host in responding to our few requests dealing with how to operate there more than sufficient Roku/Spectrum streaming system. Plenty big for a family stay and nicely equipped with everything you need from kitchen, bath and lounging needs. Small charcoal grill available, about 20" size. Location is close to plenty of shopping, groceries, restaurants and highway access.

Great house with all amenities

While the outside of the house looks rather plain the inside has been redone, is very spacious and comfortable. The owners have taken care to ensure we had all we needed for cooking in the large kitchen area. Overall stay was perfect and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Longwood area.

Spring Break 2021 after 2 years

Love the location of this property. One main things about this property was close to major roads to travel to/from various parts of Orlando, grocery stores, major shopping, county and state parks, high reviewed restaurants, close to Hindu Temple who serves lunches/dinners on weekends, near Winter Park shopping and restaurants, and 70 minutes away from main beaches. We felt pretty safe within the neighborhood and surrounding areas. One things for sure is Florida drivers are very aggressive so be careful they don't have patience and like to cut you off. One main thing I loved about this property was three fruit trees in the backyard it reminded me of my mom's village in INDIA and overall feeling of being in secluded area but not far from the daily hustle. The host and managers was very responsive with your needs and overall stay. I hope to visit near future for Disney Parks. Thank you.

Awesome place, awesome host

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and spend time together. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean, well-stocked, and roomy with lots of seating areas for visiting and playing games. Eve was so kind and immediately responsive to our questions and needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Super clean house, super owner

This house is exceptionally well kept, clean and very comfortable. The only complaint I have is with the property manager, Evolve who never sent me check in instructions, only answer their phone with recordings refering you to the check in instructions and are impossible to talk to. Thank heavens the owners, Evelyn and Nildo are charming and very available.

Central Florida comfort

This is a lovely home with a close proximity to Orlando and all the other activities in the area. We were able to entertain our young grandchildren while their parents were at a conference.

Great Vacation Rental

My family and I enjoyed spending the week at this house and entertaining our family from the local area. The house was very spacious with multiple separated areas (we were able to separate the kids and adults when necessary). All of the necessary linens, dishes and cleaning supplies were provided. Again, it was very easy to step right into life on vacation with this rental taking away all of the stress of preparing and accounting for things needed to live for a week. Very impressed with the space and size of the master bedroom and bathroom. There were very few issues with the home. The only draw backs were having only one TV for the entire house and not having cable or satellite hooked up, water pressure and hot water were a little slow at times, and the master bathroom shower fixtures needed to be fixed. But seriously these were minor issues that did not affect our stay much at all. Thank you to the owners and manager of the property in taking care of all of our needs with this rental and providing great customer service.

The house was a great place to stay - close to shopping, restaurants, and other amenities. The location was great as well - roughly 40 minutes from New Smyrna Beach and 30 minutes from Disney/Sea World/Universal. I'd highly recommend it.

My Best Home Away Ever!

This is an amazing house. It is filled with beauty, comfort and its spacious. The place as clean and contains everything you need. There was paper products and even a few personal care items like shampoos and bath bars to use. You will need to make sure you bring your own towels. The pictures are so accurate. I loved that the master bedroom sits on the right side of the home secluded from the rest of the rooms. The master bathroom is so huge and actually has two showers. One in the jet-tub and one regular stand up shower. The beds are very comfortable and I like that I was able to adjust the temperature on my own. That seems to be an issue with a lot of vacation rentals. This was very helpful for me since the weather took a shift while we were there. The first day was mild early morning and got warm during the day. But the next day it was hotter and one day it rained and cooled off a bit. I was able to apply a little heat on the cooler days and cool off the house on the hot days. We had a group of 6 but there is room for more here. We came in town for an event at UCF which was about a 35 minute drive, avoiding tolls. with tolls the drive maybe about 25 minutes. We had a opportunity to visit Universal Studios tourist area one evening and the drive was about 40 minutes. Interstate 4 is only about 5 minutes and really easy to access from this house. Jerrell is AWESOME. He made sure i had everything I needed and went above my expectations. Upon checkout I left with a bag of good reads as a thank you for renting here. I will make this my go to location whenever I am in Orlando. FYI: The sunroom has two workout items but I wouldn't call it a gym. I am a Planet Fitness member and there are several close by that are open all day during the week and close kind of early on the weekends (Friday - Sunday).

Hidden Treasure

It was in an older neighborhood but the house was wonderful..You just needed your food and clothes. It was stocked very well. The rooms were huge and very clean. the place is near Paint the Trail bike trail. I would stay there again. It was also very reasonable for a 4 bedroom.
