Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all dirty towels and used linens in the bathtub.
Please remove all food and trash from the unit. The dumpster is located at the rear of the complex, to your left.
Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any personal items left in the condo. All items left will be disposed of.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age and be present for the duration of the stay.
No pets are allowed in the unit, including emotional support animals.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times. No parties or large gatherings are permitted.

Really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for work and my wife worked from the unit all week. She enjoyed how nice and quiet the area was. Very clean! Anything we needed there was a quick response. Close to everything. I would highly recommend.
