THE CABIN IS CONNECTED TO THE OWNERS HOME AND IS SEPARATED BY A BREEZEWAY.

The Cabin at the Ledge offers a beautiful bluff view of the Tennessee Valley. The Cabin features one bedroom, one bath with a walk-in closet leading to the bathroom. The bedroom features a king-sized bed and an extra-large trundle with a pull out. The Cabin sleeps four adults comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops. The Cabin is fully furnished with blender, coffee pot, and Blu-ray player. A small breakfast nook is right inside the kitchen. The Cabin has a large deck, with an outdoor grill, that leads to the pool. Come enjoy the quiet, beautiful sunsets from the Cabin at The Ledge!

Second Time was just as Beautiful.

It was peaceful, relaxing, and amazing. Even though it rained on our first night, the location and view made the rain fit right into our need for a quiet and secluded spot—the view of Lookout Valley during sunset made for a great evening. The town is also conveniently located just 15-20 minutes away from some fantastic places to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Or fix a meal and enjoy the view. Right down the road, you can watch hang gliding, visit Cloudland State Park, have a picnic, or go hiking.
A quiet place to enjoy a morning cup of tea or coffee while watching the birds soar through the morning sky.

My third time staying here

The view from this place is absolutely amazing and it always makes me never want to leave. Everything you need is provided and it's so easy to relax on the deck, the hot tub, or the pool. My husband first came here on our anniversary five years ago and we have been back two times since then. We will always stay here when we come to Chattanooga.

A great stay, no complaints, we plan to return! I will say that the kitchen did not have a Keurig coffee maker, which was listed. We are coffee crazies so we just made a trip to the store and purchased one for future travels. Wonderful stay, very peaceful and the owner was very nice and made us feel so welcome!

Slice of heaven at the Ledge

Pictures can't quite show the actual beauty. Only bad thing about our stay was it was too short. Reviews which mention shortcomings have all been addressed. This is five star all the way.

Gorgeous setting

It's hard to beat the view and amenities at this guest house! Easy check in, quiet, felt private, never really saw owners except when we arrived, he introduced himself and was made available if we needed him. The only thing we didn't like is that the door to the covered porch is nailed shut so you have to go around to the porch from the side door which is a problem when it is raining.

It was an amazing weekend : )

we booked this place for my 50th birthday. just mainly wanted to relax at somewhere with nice view and hot tub. the place had an amazing view and hot tub was perfect. we weren't planning on many activities, but ended up spending all day in Chattanooga, TN. the cabin is located only 15min away from downtown Chattanooga and there are many activities in the area. The Cabin was very clean and had most of all essentials (coffee filters, condiments, til foils, laundry detergents, etc....) already equipped. My husband is already planning on next visit here. thanks for sharing the beautiful cabin!

Beautiful, Convenient, and Relaxing

First, let me start by saying how friendly and professional the host is. Great communication with any questions we had about the stay or places to visit in the local area. My husband and I felt welcomed and safe. Next, the cabin was extremely clean, wonderfully designed, and had the most amazing view of some amazing sunsets. It is also far enough away from the noise of a city or large town while also being close enough that finding places to eat or shop was so helpful. (We recommend exploring the restaurants in the small town of Trenton.). The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for making any meals that one might desire. The back porch has the most astounding view of the valley and those sunsets... (Ok... I had to mention that part once again.) Thank you for an amazing stay to the mountains.

Property Manager: JulieHost/Owners: Mr. Aubrey and Mrs. JoThe VRBO pics of this property don't do it justice. Everyone was so kind and helpful during my health retreat at the Cabin at the Ledge. Don't let the fact that the house sits on a cliff scare you. The area is gated, so you'll be safe and not fall down the mountain. The pool is heated and even on a rainy day, I was still able to enjoy the property. I forgot to bring my bottled water from home and Mr. Aubrey made sure to bring me some. I plan on visiting them again. Chattanooga is about 25 mins away and a great place to visit. On the one day I went into town, I ate breakfast at Honey Seed and the food and service was AWESOME ! My Server was Heather and she said that I reminded her of her Aunt Debbie, who she recently lost. I was happy that I could bring her some joy and had a positive effect on her. Thank you Julie, Mr. Aubrey and Mrs. Jo for opening your home to me, embracing me and showing me grace and kindness.Some things to note:1. There is an outdoor security camera facing the pool. 2. If you're in the pool, it sits outside of the owner's bedroom, living room and dining room where they keep the curtains open.3. Depending on when the refrigerator is serviced, you can use it to store food, but I wouldn't use the ice or water dispenser.4. The window handles are removable, so if one is missing, you can use another one to open the windows. Personally, I slept better with the windows open.
