Nestled in Upper St. Andrew, Kingston, this clean and spacious 1,300 sqft condo features 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 en-suite bathrooms, one 1/2 bath, a living room and dining area, full-service kitchen, laundry room, patio, 2 parking spaces, a pool and gym!

Its complex is gated with overnight security and is both safely and centrally located in the heart of Kingston.

Your stay places you in literal walking distance or 3 minute drive to grocery and drug stores, 7 minutes to the Bob Marley Museum, 5 minutes to Devon House, and 5-15 minutes to downtown Kingston, Hope Zoo, Emancipation Park, the National Stadium, food, nightlife, hospitals, banks and more!

The entire condo is accessible to guests - minus one storage closet in the master bedroom.

The rooftop pool and gym areas are shared with others who either live or are temporarily staying in the complex -and they are usually pretty peaceful, low-traffic areas.
