House with Pool for 22 Guests and 5 Complete Suites, Barbecue, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Wi-Fi and Parking:

Private House located near the Center of Itacaré, inside the city, in a Residential Neighborhood with paved street, on the banks of the Rio de Contas and near the river mouth, at Orla/Coroinha Beach, one of the main tourist spots.

All 5 Suites are equipped with Smart TV, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fan, Minibar, Bathroom with Hot Shower and Wardrobe. They offer a beautiful view of the river and the garden. The standard per Suite is 1 double bed with the possibility of adding up to 3 single beds.

The Suites have a Private Balcony equipped with Table, Bench and Hammock, providing an ideal space for both relaxation and Remote Work.

The House offers a Covered Area by the Pool with Dining and Leisure Tables, Barbecue, Outdoor Shower, as well as Hammock and Garden Furniture.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances.

Complementing the structure are Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, Laundry and Internal Parking.

Privileged location on the banks of the Rio de Contas, where the Sea and River waters meet, ideal for boat trips departing in front of the House, swimming and fishing. The sunset and the view are highlights!

The house is located near market, snack bar, bakery, pharmacy, ice cream shop and bar, in addition to taxi, motorcycle taxi and delivery App services.

The House is 1 km from the City Center (Praça dos Cachorros/Santos Dumont and Rua da Pituba), about 5 minutes by car and 11 minutes on foot. The House is 2 km from Concha Beach, about 7 minutes by car and 19 minutes on foot.

Lugar muito bonito, onde a natureza faz sua parte. Atendimento e comunicação rápida e educada , Funcionários super amável. A estrutura da pousada deixa a desejar , apesar de ter uma área grande , as edificações são antigas e precisa de mais cuidados . Sobre a localização? Apesar de não ser muito longe das praias , não gostei pois está localizado em uma periferia e acesso e bem complicado.
