Thank you so much for staying! Check out by 11am, unless preapproved late check out at 12pm for an additional $75 fee. Common courtesy tidy up- take trash out, wash dirty dishes, & lock door.
IF YOU WISH: Cleaners appreciate any extra help-put towels in washer & begin express wash, pull used linens & towels & set on floors, EXCEPT COLORED MAKE UP TOWELS, COMFORTERS or DUVETS.
If any minor damage occurred, please tell me asap so I can fix. If you bought something and didn’t use, message me & I'll arrange pickup/drop for our women's home, Jennifer House or local shelters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property had everything we needed and it was very clean! Cleanliness is most important to me. On the outside you wouldn’t expect how much you get on the inside! Two full bathrooms was the best part for me and my coworker. Internet service was interrupted during our stay due to work being completed in the house that sits in front of the house we stayed in. The owner responded quickly when I reached out which was nice. I would stay here again if I visit Tempe in the future. The only feedback I have is to have a little more lighting on the path to get to the house. There are lights that come on as you’re walking, but they’re still dim when it’s night.
