Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Thank you so much for staying! Check out by 11am, unless preapproved late check out at 12pm for an additional $75 fee. Common courtesy tidy up- take trash out, wash dirty dishes, & lock door.
IF YOU WISH: Cleaners appreciate any extra help-put towels in washer & begin express wash, pull used linens & towels & set on floors, EXCEPT COLORED MAKE UP TOWELS, COMFORTERS or DUVETS.
If any minor damage occurred, please tell me asap so I can fix. If you bought something and didn’t use, message me & I'll arrange pickup/drop for our women's home, Jennifer House or local shelters.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
