Absolutely beautiful, completely renovated vacation home with stunning coastal decor. Our home is located in the heart of Apollo Beach. Just minutes from the Manatee Viewing Center, kayak trails, and the Apollo Beach Park Reserve and beach. Included in your rental are 2 single kayaks and one tandem kayak to enjoy the many trails and canals.
Every square inch of our home was updated and decorated to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Feel free to spend your days relaxing in the screened in lanai, fishing from the dock or taking the kayaks out for an adventure through the many groomed trails just minutes away.

Great place to relax

Nice house, very comfortable and great owners

The home is really nice and exactly as it looks on VRBO. It has very recently been redone and everything feels very new. The big bonus was the fresh picked strawberries the owners brought to us. You will enjoy this house.

New Years in Apollo Beach

We enjoyed our annual visit with the family. Walked on the beach every day. Visited the Manatee Visitor Center, saw lots of Manatees. Loved the house, perfect for our family. Mark & Patti are wonderful hosts.

Very clean and absolutely perfect!

This home was just remodeled and everything was perfectly clean and new! Being on the water was so peaceful and the area is very quiet. It was close to everything we needed and the house had everything we could think of. Definitely coming back!

Rest and relaxation

Thank you Mark and Patti for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. It was exactly what the Doctor ordered! The home was spacious, fresh, clean and located so close to everything! We did some fishing off the dock, the grand kids rode their bikes down the street, we enjoyed hanging out on the back porch while the grandchildren played in the hot tub. We came back refreshed and energized. Lord willing, we will be back. Also, thank you Patti for the fresh strawberries...they were great! God Bless...Sue

Quiet and Pleasant

The Apollo Beach house was a pleasant experience it was in a quiet friendly neighborhood on a narrow canal. The location is not great if you are an active person looking for things to do. But if you are looking for peace and quiet this is it. The owners were very friendly and check in was simple. They meet us at the house and answered any questions we had. The only thing we were not happy with is that the VRBO description stated that the house had a hot tub. When we got there we discovered the hot tub was no longer there. That was a disappointment as we figured no pool was ok as long as there was a hot tub. Nope. Overall the house was clean and pleasant. The screened in porch was an excellent addition! We spent a lot of time out there!

We would rent this property again. We enjoyed the back porch, grilled out several evenings. Enjoyed the view of the water. Patti & Mark were great hosts.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and convenient! Couldn't ask for anything more!

We stayed here in late December and into January with our daughter, son-in-law and their two small children while visiting family for the holidays. What a wonderful experience! The location on a canal in a nice residential area was perfect for us. Sitting on the comfortable lanai or on the dock a few steps away fulfilled our wishes of enjoying a daily view of water and palm trees in the warm Florida sunshine. The enclosed lanai was a great spot to be outdoors with the kids without having to worry about them wandering off or being close to the water. We loved having a nice grill to use and did some relaxing fishing from the dock. While we didn't use them, other amenities like kayaks, bicycles, and a hot tub are also available. Conveniently close to a grocery store, drugstore, local restaurants and other stores, this location is also a perfect base for exploring the many different attractions of the area, from pretty beaches and sunsets, to fishing, city activities in Tampa, manatees and orange groves! Many are an hour (or less) drive away. The Apollo Beach Preserve is easily within biking distance. Spacious and comfortable, this home feels beachy and is stylish due to its tasteful decor and finishes. Being travelers who have stayed in many different types of accommodations in many places, we would rank this among one of the best places we have enjoyed. It had everything we needed and more! We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others!

Waterfront, cozy coastal home in the perfect location! Amazing stay and experience!

We had the pleasure to rent this home for 6 months as we looked for our permanent home in Apollo Beach. There are so many reasons we loved this home and location, so here are some of them: Why we loved this home: Canal front in a great neighborhood Being able to kayak or fish right from the dock Fully furnished with everything we needed - even for an extended stay Beach decor made it feel coastal and added to the experience of staying waterfront Nicely remodeled and great living spaces The lanai was a great place to grill, read, work, workout, etc. and great for our kids so they wouldn't go near the water Location: We loved the location of this home. It's downtown Apollo Beach so it's very close to everything..grocery stores, restaurants, CVS, coffee, spas, Apollo Meats, just about everything. Also minutes from the preserve which has awesome sunsets, great for walks, fishing, or a day playing in the sand. Minutes from the Manatee Viewing Center as well. The overall location to visit other FL attractions is why we moved to Apollo Beach. There are so many places to visit within 30-60 minutes. Including Anna Maria Island, Sarosota, Siesta Key, St. Petersburg, Tampa, Busch Gardens, Clearwater; you'll never run out of things to do and a great location if you are visiting Florida to get to experience a variety of things at different places. The owners are also amazing people who always responded promptly if we had questions or needed anything. I'll definitely have our friends and family stay here when they visit if it's available, since I know they'll really enjoy staying here.

Beautiful home. Very well decorated and real clean. It has everything you need.

It is beautifully remodeled with a Beach theme. Mark and Patti has everything perfect that you don’t need a thing. They both thought of all to make our stay pleasant. My husband would get up early and fish at the dock. We will both sit out in the dock and have a cup of coffee as we enjoy the view of the water every morning of our stay. Has a nice hot tub and not to mention barbecue in the closed in porch. There is a beach park, picnic island and great places to eat. Fantastic place to be and we will definitely be back. I will be telling my friends and family. Thank you Mark and Patti for our wonderful experience

Absolutely gorgeous home! We didn’t want to leave, it was more beautiful than the pictures.

We waited too long to make our Florida reservations and didn’t want to stay in Orlando again. We were so happy when this new property became available and booked it right away. The owners were there to answer questions and show us around. They also answered texts right away when we needed local advice on things in the area. The house was just completely refurbished and beautifully decorated in a beachy/coastal style. I would have been happy to hang out in the house for our entire stay! We spent a lot of time kayaking and the groomed trails were close and so much fun. A couple of times we packed a cooler with lunch and took the kayaks to the beach for lunch. If that wasn’t fun enough, we saw a dolphin and stingrays! We may never go to Orlando again.

Property in paradise: The house is in perfect condition, newly remodeled with all the amenities.

This was a dream vacation. The property was quiet, so resting and relaxing was easy. Great beds, I slept like a rock every night! I did Yoga on the dock every morning, and could fish off that same dock whenever I wanted. Kayaks were available to explore all the channels and bays, and it was close to the beach. There were several things for the kids to do, and all the Theme Parks are within a short distance away. Tampa is trending and there`s a lot of great restaurants, and things to do at night. This property would work for anyone trying to get away for a week, or an extended stay.

Recently completed full remodel with new kitchen, new guest and master bathrooms, new flooring, paint and trim throughout.

What makes this property unique

This very private home is on open water canal. We are minutes from the world famous Apollo Beach Manatee Viewing Center. This is a free Eco park where hundreds of manatees gather.
The Apollo Beach Park Reserve and beach is just down the road. You can take a short walk, bike ride, or kayaks to get there. There are also an abundance of groomed kayak trails throughout the mangroves that make for a very enjoyable adventure. All less than 5 minutes away! You can't get any closer and you may never want to leave.
