This was a great place for my family to land in between wedding events. It was close to the venue. Total plus!!! They accommodated our pets. This took all the stress away. The beds were comfortable which says a lot to me. The only thing I’d add is a hand held option in the master shower. Even that didn’t ruin our stay. We’d come back again.

House matched description, check in process was easy and communication with property owner was prompt and attentive. Unfortunately there was a mouse in the house during our stay. We contacted property owner right away who assured us they would have pest control come out after the stay. House is in a wooded area which may account for the circumstance. Unfortunately the last night the mouse was quite active climbing on counter tops and around the dining space until we notice it climb in to a couch. In moving the couch to catch the mouse a large amount of food, we had not brought, fell out and we notice the bottom lining had been chewed through. It seemed the mouse had been there for some time. The property owner let us know they would have pest control out promptly after our stay, unfortunate ending to what would have been a pleasant stay.

While our property is located in a beautiful forested area where wildlife is common, we understand this falls short of the experience you expected and deserved. We have regular pest control services in place, but we recognize that in this instance, our preventative measures were not sufficient. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention immediately, which allowed us to address the situation right away. We have since had a professional pest control team perform a comprehensive inspection and treatment, along with a deep cleaning to ensure the home is fully secure for future guests.
