Our beachfront "Castle" Entire Guest Wing Reservations consists of all four of our suites (can book individually on our website) and access to the shared Lake Level of our home. We are also offer a WIDE variety of indoor amenities for your winter stay including an extra large hot tub, sauna, guest kitchen, pool table, indoor fireplace, game room, exercise room and ice machine. We also provide free use of our snowshoes and drying machines. Upgrade your stay with items such as massage, sound treatments, comfort packages, and more. Ask about our new Bunkhouse add-on for up to 8 more onsite guests.

About the host

Keith and Nancy were both born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Yoopers!). They bought their home in December 2018 and started inviting guests to stay officially in June 2019. They have five children together, all girls, and currently have two golden doodles that freely roam the property and often are the source of entertainment for guests :)

Why they chose this property
We were very lucky to find the Castle in 2018. Not only is the structure amazing, it also had two front doors (which we thought was very odd at first, but lent nicely into offering a separate guest enterance no when we moved this direction), but also the property itself is absolutely priceless. We have a couple of acres for the pups to roam on GPS collars and for Nancy to keep expanding on outdoor spaces for guest use. We have a couple hundred feet of frontage on Lake Superior, providing panoramic views both inside and outside the property. There’s a genuine feeling of relaxation and calmness that exists here.
What makes this property unique
The castle offers very high-end experiences, both indoors and out. Because it is adjacent to our home, you also have built-in experts and advisors to help you to guide your experience and travel explorations. We are small and quaint with only four nicely appointed Suites, making at ideal for relaxation and a break from the traditionally, congested hotel experience.
