New and very clean. Spacious rooms and living spaces. Kitchen has all the utensils and cookware you will need. The coffee station was awesome for the coffee lovers in our family. The bedrooms had multiple options for bedside device charging and sound machines for light sleepers. The beds had full size, thick pillows. The sleeper sofa was in the 2nd living room, and not in the main living room. A folding privacy screen or sliding barn door would have been a nice touch, but it was fine without. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The driveway was a little daunting for some, but manageable. Overall a great property and we would definitely consider staying there again.

Con: The steep driveway, but was briefed at least twice prior to arrival. Pro: Easier than we expected to enter and exit the driveway.Stephanie, the host, was excellent. Pleasant and available for any questions or assistance.Pro: The property was very nice. Supplies were plentiful (trash bags, Folgers coffee, creamer, bottled water, microwave popcorn (2), laundry and dish detergent, cleaning supplies, excess toilet paper, and shower supplies. Quite impressive for our family of 9. I definitely recommend and would stay again when visiting Greenville, SC.
