Overlooking Almyros beach,near the town of Agios Nikolaos, Bayview Apartments offer peace and quiet as well as proximity to fantastic beaches and sights like Spinalonga Island,Elounda,Kritsa village,ancient town of Lato and many others.The main building houses two fully-fitted apartments with spacious terraces and access to the garden.They each have two bedrooms,a bathroom,a fully equipped kitchen,TV and wifi access.

East Crete is the most quiet part of the island, retaining most of its genuine character and style. Although it is generally the driest land in Crete, you will be amazed by the lush green oases formed mainly around the low mountain ranges of the prefecture. Bright blue waters, white sand with pink shades from the thousands of broken shells, the junipers that hold the sand with their huge roots is the backdrop that makes anyone fall in love with this place.

Flexible and relaxed, very kind and helpful host, Nico. Good parking.10 minutes walk from fine beach, from there another 20 minutes walk to downtown area. Important, because parking downtown can be difficult.

Maison située sur une colline loin de toutes les commodités (voiture obligatoire). Manque de Description dans l’annonce et manque de plus de photos qui donnent le vrai etat de l’appartement.En effet l’appartement est meublé avec d’anciens meubles. Salle de bain non confortable avec de vieux elements et moitié baignoire. Robinetterie des annees 80 d’ailleurs la salle de bain n’a pas été prise en photo dans l’annonce volontairement.Absence d’intimité.Pas de vue sur la baie. Fenetres non obscures d’ailleurs les chambres deviennent lumineuses dès le lever du jour. 4eme lit de taille petite non standard. Manque de professionalisme de la part du hôte : pas de procedure d’acceuil, pas d’explications, pas de reglement interieur. Appartement pas du tout propre a notre arrivée.De plus, l’hote qui est le proprietaire des lieux et qui habite sur place se permet de rentrer dans l’appartement en notre absence sans raison valable et sans nous avoir prevenu et il voit qu’il a tous les droits.Mauvaise experience. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Pas du tout satisfait.

Everybody loves our apartment!You rented a 3-room apartment for 70 euros a night in July and you're complaining about the furniture...Was this your first holiday ever?You started complaining before you even arrived...You send us seven emails about your arrival...Written demands and a list of products on day one...You locked your family inside for a week with doors,windows and shutters closed..Your wife and children haven't seen the beach.This is not holiday,it's torture.You should stay home,holidays don't suit you.We don't want people like you.

Das Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt alles, was man braucht. Der Blick über die Bucht ist schön. Das Apartment liegt etwas außerhalb von Agios Nikolaos. Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt notwendig, wenn man hier wohnen möchte.

Die nettesten Gastgeber, die wir bislang hatten

Alles wie beschrieben, die Wohnung war unserer Ansicht nach eher noch schöner als auf den Fotos. 2 abgeschlossene Schlafzimmer + Klimaanlage. Das besonders erwähnenswerte dort ist die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Niko und Barbara, die selbst in dem Objekt wohnen und für alles ansprechbar sind. Sie haben uns viele tolle Tips gegeben für die Strände der Umgebung und sich rührend gekümmert mit Rat und Tat. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, daher sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Man sollte aber einen kleinen Fußmarsch in die Stadt in Kauf nehmen können (über einen kleinen Berg) von ca. 20-30 min. oder sich, falls man das nicht möchte, ein Auto mieten. Der nächste schöne Sandstrand mit Liegen, kleinem Kiosk mit Snacks und allem, was man so braucht, ist aber nur 10-15 min. zum Laufen entfernt. Ansonsten gibt es mehrere tolle Strände zu entdecken in der Umgebung. Niko und Babs geben hier jederzeit gern Tips, jenachdem, was man so sucht, da sich die beiden als Ortsansässige bestens auskennen. Daher nochmal unser herzlichster Dank an die beiden für die tolle Zeit in Agios Nikolaos. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Grüße, A. & A.
