Fun House! Perfect for our stay!

I stay in many homes, this was top 5. It had everything for every age group. Centrally, located to all the parks, restaurants and shopping. Pool and courtyard was a nice addition as well.

Nice child friendly layover

We spent the night here on our way down to the Keys. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome theater and video game console. The children’s Minion room was fantastic. The only thing I would say is the cleanliness could be improved a bit. The host was very amenable and easy to get in touch with.

We had a 4 generation vacation and this home was able to accommodate all of us. The space was great, the kids loved their room, and there was a lot at the house for entertainment. We went to several parks, out to eat several times, golfing, and an escape room. I don’t think anything was more than 30 minutes from the house. Several of us love to golf and the resort has 3 nice challenging courses. We used the pool everyday and really enjoyed relaxing in the pool after a long day at the parks.

Family vacation

This is an amazing house and has something for everyone from age 2-65. Our grandkids had the best time swimming in the pool and playing all the arcade games. The owner was always quick to answer any questions. Hope to come back here soon someday. I highly recommend this home.

Awesome House

We had an amazing time at this house! The furniture was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the showers were great. Plenty of bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. We enjoyed the game room and theater, my kids also loved the minion room. It is close to Disney world and also has wonderful playgrounds and things to do inside the reunion resort as well. We would definitely recommend this house to vacation at. Wonderful owners, beautiful home and great location!

Great home for large family vacation for a reasonable price

Our family of nine adults and six grandchildren enjoyed our stay. Minion room was a big hit with our grandchildren. Plenty of bedrooms and beds (four Kings) to sleep comfortably for the adults. Home is a "gamers" paradise with some "vintage" games for the older folk. Furnishings in the living room areas were a bit "used" and dated, but understandable since the home caters to families with younger kids that are generally harder on the furnishings. Make sure you factor-in the $50/day fee for pool heat. Overall, really nice home for the price!

great location but not the cleanest

The living room fan had about 6-8 inches of dust.. along with other areas in the house that you can tell the cleaning people just don't pay attention to. When your kids had high allergies you notice stuff like this especially when a HEFTY cleaning fee is in your payment. The house was fun otherwise for the kids.. I recommend being cautious when on the back porch... the house gets hit daily multiple times a day by golf balls. All is all good house just need better house keepers

The Campbell Family Disney Vacation

Overall we loved the house. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean but.... to make it even a better experience I think that beside the cleaning crew they also need to have a technical person go through the house to make sure that everything (this includes TVs, appliances, AC, pool heat, etc.) is in working order before the next tenant arrives. It certainly would save the frustration of the first couple of days having to call Jeeves when something wasn't working. We spent the first two days doing just that. Some of the TVs were not working properly, cable boxes had to be replaced; the stove didn't work at all & was not fixed until Wednesday. They gave us hot plates to use in the meantime. The pool heater was not set up properly (we were charged extra $ per night for this service) and was finally up and running properly on Monday. After that it worked fine and we really enjoyed it. Two other things I would like to mention are: (1) towels - very stingy on the amount they give you. We had six kids in the kids bedroom and they gave us only three sets of towels for them. Set consist of 1 bath towel, face cloth and hand towel. When we asked for more we were told we could just wash them. Now if you want to only give 1 set of towels per person, fine, but at least give enough sets for each person. Also didn't appreciate the remark about just wash them; (2) under amenities you list a fire pit in the back porch. Well yes there was one but it was not working. There was no propane tank. When we asked Jeeves about it they said that they were not aware of it and it must have been something the owner had added. They would have to contact them and get a propane tank. Needless to say that never happened. So either provide a propane tank or take it off the amenities list. One other quick thing, the sliding door to the bathroom in the first floor master bedroom was not working. They were suppose to come fix it on Wednesday but they never did. I did mention it to Jeeves on Saturday to let them know it still needed to be fixed before the next tenant arrived. Over all we really enjoyed the house. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the kid's bedroom. We would absolutely rent this house again.

You can tell the property decor and design had a lot of care and thought put into it but it has not been maintained over time. Things in the home are worn and the baseboards are beat up. Screen going into the back patio was completely missing and we had several issues with toilets during our stay. All in all, our kids loved the property and enjoyed themselves which was most important. Great distance from the parks. The responsiveness from property managers was great.

We booked this listing for a couple of nights before heading to our final destination of St Augustine. Two days prior to our arrival I had requested that the hot tub be heated (which oddly was an additional fee… I mean, it is a hot tub). I didn’t get a response until after we had checked in and was told that the equipment was broke. I was offered 100 refund but it would have been nice to know prior to our arrival. The screen to the patio door is completely non existent, there was sawdust covering all of the patio and furniture on the second level. The first morning we discovered that the coffee making didn’t work and although there was also a keurig, we had bought ground coffee. Additionally, at least 2 of the lounge chairs on the pool deck were broke and we also found 2 nails on the pool deck. Thankfully no one stepped on them. I sent a message as I discovered the issues without a response. The house has potential to be a really great rental but needs to be maintained.

Disney Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is large and the neighbourhood is great. If you have children and our teenagers, they will truly enjoy this property. The bedrooms are all nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The house could use some tender, loving care. The Wi-Fi isn’t so great and it takes a very long time for the hot water to heat up. As far as cleanliness, they were a few things that could have been cleaner the pool water looks green., The garbage can lid in the kitchen looks like it has never been cleaned. As far as location, you are really not far from Disney. I would say about 20 minutes, but the traffic is horrendous at all times of day, so it makes the drive to Disney much longer. Overall, the house is great for large parties.

Great house for kids and adults. The kids were occupied with all the games and especially the Minions room. The adults all had comfortable king beds and nice bathrooms. The location was a little far from Universal studios with traffic. Glad we stayed here!

Good House for a family group

Overall we had a good stay at Adam’s house. The listing was pretty accurate and everything was as advertised. We had some extended family with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. Our kids are in the pre teen/ teen range and they had plenty to do and enjoyed the pool.

Big Amazing House, but……

We stayed at this property from November 14–19, & while it has potential, a mix of positives & negatives impacted our experience.Pros•The owner was initially responsive, promptly fixing a broken king bed two days into our stay.•The property is spacious and offers multiple amenities, including a game room and a separate garage unit.• Plenty of towels were available, though distribution was uneven. •Location to parksCons•Insufficient supplies: No corkscrew in the kitchen, one partial roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels per kitchen, and limited trash bags.•Maintenance issues:•Refrigerator didn't maintain safe temperatures (reaching 24F and 55F) despite repeated reports. •Broken posts on safety fence around pool.•Master bathroom door was broken and has been unresolved for years according to previous reviews.•Damp carpet behind the air hockey table, suspect leaking A/C.•Only two pool cues with pool table, one with a broken tip. •No laundry detergent for the required start of a load upon leaving.•Communication gaps: After Saturday night, the owner stopped responding to follow-ups about the refrigerator, despite earlier responsiveness.Overall, while the property has potential, the lack of attention to stocking, consistent communication, and necessary maintenance made our stay less enjoyable. With these issues addressed, it could be a much better experience.

Fun Stay at Reunion

This house worked perfectly for our large family vacation to Disney. It was a good price, was able to fit everyone comfortably, and allowed us way more space than if we were at a hotel. Thank you for everything!! Pros: - Location: This is in the perfect location, close enough to Disney, close to grocery stores, etc. The house itself is even within a short walk to one of the resort playgrounds. - Cleanliness: everything was very clean when we arrived - Responsiveness: it was very easy to find, easy to check-in, and the owner and property manager were super responsive - Space: the house is a good size with enough bedrooms and common areas for our large group to hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other - Pool: the pool was a decent size (bigger than I expected from the pictures) and had a fence around it (which was amazing with small kids around) Cons: - Many of the appliances are on the lower quality/older side and didn’t function perfectly (specifically the dishwasher, toaster, bathroom fans). On the flip side, the microwave and oven were fantastic! Neutral (some things you can’t tell from the listing): - The house is actually two buildings, not all bedrooms are in the same structure - The room with the double beds is not so much a bedroom but more of an area with beds in it. It does not have easy access to a bathroom except through an adjacent bedroom.
