My husband and I decided to build an apartment beside our house. We want to use it to earn some extra income that will help our family financially and also serve as a good investment. It’ll be easy to monitor and communicate with guests in a comfortable and convenient way. Just wanted to share the news with you!

What makes this property unique

We built this place with a lot of thought about the concept. Even though the space is a bit narrow, we decided to make it a small, complete apartment. We can definitely say it’s unique because each unit has its own gateway—like a patio or rooftop—depending on which room you choose to stay in. It’s a new building and the neighborhood isn’t crowded at all.
