You have no shared walls, your own private entrance and everything is yours to use from the work station, 55inch 4k tv, washer and dryer, built-in library, incredibly large marble with glass subway tile shower and a great kitchen setup for cooking everything you can desire there is even a small fenced yard and absolutely no shared spaces for anything with this home.
