This cozy 2 bedroom condo is located on the second floor and faces East, including a view of the Blue River and Main Street Station. The inside is modestly decorated and offers ample space for families and small groups.

 


These ski in/ski out (hike in/out in the summer) accommodations are perfectly situated at the base of the Breckenridge Ski Resorts QuickSilver chair lift and steps away from the Rocky Mountains most incredible and diverse terrain for skiers and riders of all levels. The Village is steps from historic Main Street, providing the best access to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Bordered by the White River National Forest, a serene Maggie pond, the trout filled Blue River and the world class ski runs of Breckenridge Resort, the Village has something for everyone, in every season!


On-site parking is limited and paid on property at the rate of $25/night from the months of May to October and $50/night from November to April. Parking rates are always subject to change. For confirmation on the rate during your stay, please contact our property directly. If parking is not available during your stay, our staff can direct you to overnight parking lots located off-property.


Just outside the circle is a stop for Breckenridge's FREE shuttle bus system that can take you throughout town or connect you with FREE bus services to other area resorts such as Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, or Copper Mountain.

We always enjoy staying at the village. Our 2 bd/ 2ba condo was very clean and exactly as advertised. Perfect location, staff are wonderfully helpful, room was ready early and we enjoyed our stay. Would both recommend and revisit whenever in breckenridge.

The building is in a great location. Easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Interior of the unit is fine. Carpet and decor is getting a little tired, but not bad for a unit that's primarily a rental.

Great property. Great location. There are only two opportunities to make it better. First, it was not properly cleaned. There were empty bottles under the table, dishes in the dishwasher, and a few other untidy details. Second, our last condo in Breck had a small washer and dryer which was really convenient.
