From your doorstep, adventure is effortless: ½ mile to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15), 1 mile to Mammoth Village & Canyon Lodge, and just a short walk to Yellow Line Shuttle Stop 55 for convenient access across the mountain.

Gear & Comfort Ready

Arrive with ease using smart lock self check-in and enjoy the convenience of a private garage plus open lot parking. After the slopes, store your gear in the garage cubby (until 4pm checkout) or keep it organized in the mudroom with gear racks and boot/glove dryers. Refresh with in-unit laundry, stay cool in summer with A/C, and cozy up in winter with firewood stocked in the garage and often inside the condo to keep the stove glowing all evening.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please avoid cooking bacon or sausage — grease splatter has caused significant issues in the past and adds time for our cleaning team.
Quiet hours 10pm to 7am (Town of Mammoth Lakes) and generally respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Ski Access: Just ½ mile to Eagle Lodge (Chair 15) and 1 mile to Canyon Lodge or The Village. Shuttle Stop 55 is a short walk away, making it easy to get around without driving.
