Welcome to our mid-century modern-inspired home, the perfect base for your Central Oregon adventures! With a newly remodeled kitchen, an open and inviting living space, and a beautiful deck, this home is designed for both relaxation and adventure. Start your morning with coffee on the deck before heading out for a day of hiking, or unwind in the evening with a couple of beers after floating the Deschutes River.
The main living area, which includes the primary bedroom, is located above the garage, offering a bright and airy space to relax. However, a convenient half-bath suite and laundry area are located downstairs.
For those bringing outdoor gear, our large and open garage provides plenty of space to store bikes, floating devices, or any other adventure essentials. If needed, you can also park a car inside, though the driveway offers ample parking as well.

We both grew up in the Central Oregon area. And although life moved us around a bit, we always wanted to come back home. Travis is a wildland firefighter and Karlie is a graphic designer, who both love spending time on roadtrips, hiking up mountains, and camping with our toddler and husky pup.
Why they chose this property
We love how quiet this space is! Surrounded by trees and lofted above the ground, it feels like you’re in a treehouse. Not far from the river, we have access to a private launch spot, reserved for the neighborhood. A short drive to the mountains and a bike ride to the Sunriver Village, it truly is the perfect location.
