Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Clean all dirty dishes and store them on the drying rack.

Strip beds of used sheets/blankets, put one set of sheets in the washing machine with a detergent pack and start the cycle. The rest of the sheets can remain bundled up on the beds.

Remove all trash from trash cans and put trash in the receptacle outside, then put the receptacle near the curb for pickup.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Originally from Oklahoma, I enlisted in the Air Force straight out of high-school where I worked on the mighty B-1B Lancer for roughly 4 years. Then I transitioned into the Space Force and got stationed here in Colorado! I enjoy hosting because it enables entire families (families of 6 at least) to be able to rent an entire home for a relatively affordable price.

What makes this property unique

The location! Only a 30 minute drive to Southern Colorado Springs, and roughly an hour drive to the mountains for skiing, snowboarding, or public hunting lands!
