Cozy and light 60m2 apartment in trendy neighbourhood

My home is a cozy one bedroom apartment of 60 square meters with a lot of old skool charm, high ceilings and hardwood flooring. It is situated on the first floor of a brick corner building with a lot of light coming in even on gloomy winterdays since there are windows in each room. It is situated in the neighbourhood of Flagey which is one of the nicest bario's of Brussels, think restaurants, brunchplaces, bars, nightlife, culture and art as well as it is close to green spots, parks and forest.

    Why they chose this property

    This is my first property, which I bought because of the location - Ixelles is one (of not the) nicest neighbourhoods in Brussels, very safe, and as well quite trendy: a lot of cute shops, restaurants, bars, coffeeplaces etc as well as a lot of art and culture (concertvenue, cinema's, theatres), and green just around the corner. The apartment itself has also a nice oldskool vibe to it: Im just a big fan of high ceilings and hardwoord floors ;)
