We loved this neighborhood. It has some neat hiking trails and wide streets, makes it great for biking/e-biking. The house has all you need, but be aware no A/C, so can be warm during the day. It’s clean and comfortable, although that high ceiling fan in the living room could really use a dusting. ;) It’s a “loved” home. That is to say, you can tell this is a worn home, but a little bit of TLC to small things could make a difference. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and you get what is shown.

The views from this cabin are spectacular! We arrived when the Aspen trees were turning for the fall and it is breathtaking! Large deer in our yard every morning. The cabin is very nice although it is missing the “little things”. We would definitely stay here again in the future and if you’re there to ski or for a large amount of people it’s perfect.

The location of this property is superb! Beautiful views of the mountains around the small group of homes. It's within minutes of great coffee shops, dining and shopping; but you don't feel at all like you're staying 'in town.' This property is the most fully-equipped VRBO listing we've ever stayed in! They have everything you need for your stay. No need to run out and get more of this and that. Plenty of laundry and dish soap, paper products, etc. Close to so many great activities for everyone in the family. Mountain biking, fishing, hiking trails and, of course, skiing and other winter sports in season (we were there in the summer). Check out Officer's Gulch, a lovely small body of water about 3 miles west of the Silverthorne exit on I-70.We love this place and plan to return!
