The house was beautiful, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well stocked, and there was ample seating for our group of 12. It was absolutely perfect for our couples’ retreat weekend! I would definitely recommend this to any group looking for a peaceful stay in pristine surroundings!

We absolutely had an amazing time. This is such a beautiful venue for all kinds of larger groups. Thank you to James who was awesome helping our skeet shooting be a wonderful experience for several of us first time shooters. Lots of space in the house for everyone and was well stocked with everything we needed. Just can’t say enough good things about Jill and the team who made this such a wonderful experience. Thank you all so much!

Wonderful location. Great host. Really enjoyed the skeet shooting. Multiple refrigerators and everything you will need to feel like home away from home. We will rent again.

The host was incredibly welcoming. True Southern hospitality. The amenities were incredible. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were so comfy, big rooms, huge showers. No expense spared.

The property is beautiful and is great overall for large groups. However, I was disappointed with the lack of open cabinet space in the kitchen. The pantry cabinets are disorganized and random. I had to rearrange entire cabinets to make room for our groceries. There is no broom or basic cleaning supplies, yet the yard has a lot of sand. The book for contact info was no where to be found. Dirty hand prints on the walls. Ice machine not working upstairs. And the bedroom downstairs without a closet is not functional. No need for the LED makeup mirror when the chair is so high you can't see yourself in it. Zero options for hanging clothes. We had fun because we were happy to be together. However, disappointed overall with the property considering the price.

Jacob’s Plantation was AMAZING! We can’t wait to return! There is nothing better than to see someone do something and do it RIGHT and Jacob’s Plantation has done EVERYTHING right! The attention to detail is throughout. You feel as if you are at home from the minute you walk in the door until you close it behind you. We saw the name of family members on the benches lining the driveway so searched to learn their history. We found it in the top drawer of the cabinet in the dining room and were instantly swept up in the story behind the beautiful land passed down for so many to continue to enjoy. We were blessed by our time at Jacob’s Plantation and pray that many, many will come behind us to enjoy it as much as we have. Just don’t get so busy that there is not room enough for us to return!
