Bait and switch

This property is beautiful, but we did not get the accommodations we reserved and paid for. The site manager said she made the owner aware of a change in room availability in advance and the owner was supposed to let us know (which they didn't). The owner said they were never made aware of any changes in advance. When we checked in our family got split up into 2 studios, when we reserved and paid for a 1 bedroom accommodation. The owner told me that I "came out well" because we were given two deluxe studios. No, this was not satisfactory and was not what we reserved.

Out of the way, discreet, fantastic resort

It's behind a museum but, Holy cow this is a discreet sleeper of a resort! Great room, classy, felt like home. I wish all nice resort properties were this discreet.
