Great lake for fishing. Lake Sacandaga has less than half the boat traffic than neighboring Lake George. This makes it very safe for swimming off boats, water skiing, tubing, kayaking and paddle boarding. If you are considering bringing bicycles the road out in front of the house has a great relatively quiet and safe 5 mile loop.
Abundant activities for the winter months! Ski at Gore Mountain (1 hour away) or snowshoe and cross-country ski at Lapland Lake Nordic Center only 20 minutes away.
JULY THROUGH LABOR DAY- for these months we do require a 7 night minimum unless otherwise negotiated. Shorter stay inquiries for these months are welcome but please note it is subject to owner approval based on current/future reservations.
