The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave beds unmade.
Gather all used towels (kitchen and bath) and put in the laundry room.
Dumpster is located to the west of driveway at street.
Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $50.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We're locals who are passionate about sharing the history
of Childress and the surrounding area with our guests.
When we're not hosting, you'll find Clay working cattle or
scavenging for antiques. I am a retired dental hygienist
and currently a licensed esthetician. You will most likely
find me at iSpa treating a client to a facial. And you might
find either of us at the farm gathering eggs!
