Stay comfortably in Phoenix at this 3-bedroom + office house. Relax in the peaceful ambiance of this lovely property featuring 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. Enjoy the beautiful outdoor space with a pool and 4 lounge chairs or chill under the covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked including a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, crock pot, rice/veggie cooker, blender, and many spices to make cooking a breeze. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, shower, and hair dryers to make guests feel right at home. There is an office space with a desk and a monitor with a docking station that can be used if you need to work remotely. Laundry facilities are also provided.
This home is located within walking distance to a man made lake and a 3 mile loop around the lake so you can get in your morning walks. There are many grocery stores and parks within just a couple of miles.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Sky Harbor, from Downtown Phoenix, from central Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert. Mesa/Gateway airport is about 30 minutes from this home.

Such a perfect place for a get away. The house is exactly as described with lots of little extras. It is well located. It is in a quiet neighborhood and a peaceful private oasis. The wonder was great to work with. Highly recommend.

I'm originally from the Midwest and moved to Phoenix 10 years ago, when my kids left for college. I love to travel and frequently stay in VRBO rentals myself! I thought this was a great way to share all the comforts I enjoy, while staying in various other homes!
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, while being close to so many things in the east valley of Phoenix. I love the walks around the man-made lake and being able to ride my bike to the grocery store! The home is also very close to many hiking trails at South Mountain, which is my favorite spot to hike in Phoenix :)
