Fenced in 1 acre lot with pool, Guest Home 2bdrm/1 bth in Paddock Park. Tv's in every room with a spacious living room. Washer and Dryer hookup. With separate entry. Relax next the pool, or take a nice walk in this quiet neighborhood. Minutes away from the Polo Showgrounds and 10 minutes to the Wellington Green Mall. CityPlace downtown and beaches are a short drive. Great for golf, polo enthusiast and family's getaway. 30 minutes to the beach.

The guesthouse was a great value, priced appropriately. Everything was clean with adequate amount of linens. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available. We only used the pool a few times but the patio area was a great place to relax outside. We felt safe with the gated property and lovely neighborhood. Contact with the host was minimal but prompt. We enjoyed our stay close to family.

The stay at your VRBO was absolutely wonderful! The inground pool was a huge plus, and the neighborhood was nice. Getting to places was a breeze. Thoroughly enjoyed spending time with my daughter. Be sure to double check the pool for iguanas.

Great Location

The guest house is located in a lovely neighborhood, and the fenced in yard is great for dogs. It was nice to have a garage to park in. The property is close to all the Wellington equestrian show grounds.
